makcik yang suaminya aku balut kaki tiap-tiap hari tu datang.
pot pet pot pet pot cakapnya, laju, tak tertangkap maksud.
"hari ni dah nak discharge, balik rumah"
penyudahnya tangan buat tanda sembah, dan geleng-geleng kepala (Indian nod),
"terima kasih", barangkali.
tinggal dua pesakit yang ada ulcer,
yang lain dah aku discharge kan.
"hari ni hari last saya sini, ini dressing yang last"
"aiyoooooo", sambil menepuk dahi pakcik tu.
seronok, bangga, riak, terharu, dan sedikit sedih bersilih ganti.

Ulcer cases usually around 5-7, requiring dressings, d rest some major case referred 2 d unit, as Nagaraj specialize in gastrosurgery.
If u finish fast ward works, then u can head 2 OT and asssist them.
